PLOWS Mourns the Loss of Board Member

Roy Becker, member of the PLOWS Executive Board since 1987, passed away in September. Prior to joining the board, he was affiliated with PLOWS for several years with the AARP Medicare Assistance Program. For the last 4 years,he served as a Volunteer Independent Senior Advocate.

In addition to his service to PLOWS, Roy was active in many church and community affairs. He showed the value of his own life in his service to others. It is said that greatness is not found in possessions, power, or prestige. It is discovered in goodness, humility, service and character. PLOWS was honored that this great man chose to share his time and talents with us. He will be missed terribly.
